Next on Frank's to do list: mud the walls and ceilings of all four upstairs bedrooms and then texture. Then we'll come in and paint and carpet everything. We also decided to carpet the stairs (though I really hate vacuuming stairs). We have also decided to turn the living room into the family room and carpet that as well to help with sound control. The old family room will be the kitchen/dining room and we're adding an island to the kitchen. We asked Frank if it was possible to add electricity to the island. His response-"You know I could've done that while I was redoing your kitchen before. I even asked you if you wanted an island...but in answer to your question, yes." He'll pull the oven away from the wall and use that wire junction (or whatever he called it) and run it under ground and jack hammer the floor a little bit and make it all work. He's also going to make sure all the electricity upstairs is in tip top condition. He said he'll take care of the electricity after we get the carpet installed, so he can sit on some soft padding instead of hard floor. Our house has so many weird quirks about it, it's really nice having Frank around to fix everything. He also randomly sees things and adds them to his list. While out in the garage he sees we have set up a makeshift tool bench thingy to paint shelves on. "Looks like you need a tool bench. I'm going to build you one right here in this free space so you'll still be able to park your cars in the garage. Then everything will have a proper place." Peter also came home with some tool organizer hanging things. I'm excited to try to find some order in my garage.

Congrats!!!! I bet it is a wonderful feeling!!
I loved it when I finally got some shelves installed in our garage! Lots of the mess is still there, but it's nice to have a place to put it :)
OMG I love the yellow walls sooooo much!!!! Congrats on the bathrooms!
